I had already told him that this fixing tube was in this shape and also provided other pictures of other tents' fixing tube, the shape is the same. to tighten the roof PVC, this shape is designed on purpose. It is normal for tents designed and produced by different manufacturers to be different in detail. In addition, we did not charge for the PVC bags produced for him, so what does it matter if it is different from what he bought from other companies? At least they charged this fee but we don't. I am very disappointed with the customer's feedback.
